Email support@cue.golf. Include your iPhone and Apple Watch models and what you were doing; a Send Session from the app's Session Data page helps with anything the Watch missed.

Counting putts

Something that wasn't a putt was counted. Tap Not a putt on the live screen or on the Watch, or remove it afterwards from the session in History with Edit. That also tells us the sensor got it wrong.

A putt wasn't counted. Very slow, gentle strokes are the hardest for the sensor to pick up. If putts are missed repeatedly, use Send Session so we can look at what the sensor saw.

Subscriptions and purchases

Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Restore a purchase from Settings › Plan in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Delete your Cue questions from Settings › Cloud AI › Delete my Cue data. Turn research sharing off in Settings › Sharing, and delete your account in Settings › Account. Details in the privacy policy.
